Here is another petition, this time it's for the Road Tax rip-off on our classic cars. Let as many people as you can, know about this one too. The deadline is end of May.

id rather pay the roadtax and be able to use my car.
if the gvt follow their harmonisation plans with the EU for classic cars you will need to register the car for use i.e. tell them when you want to use and you will only be able to use it within certain distances from your house or where the car is kept. they are also looking at limiting the amount of miles you do in the car, so you may be tied to something like 1500miles per year. this policy is in place in some countries within europe already.
and all for free road tax...

boyd ive already signed that petition. anyone who thinks the govts are not against old cars needs their heads looked at - well its not old cars its they are against alleged global warming - in essence they are trying to force people into new cars - what they forget is every new car built needs energy, from its conception through to when it actually gets scrapped, then its full of material which is not biodegradable so we all pay for that again in terms of dangerous gasses in the air - so much for worrying about the environment - did someone say its a farce?
did you know that in stuttgart this year they are banning any cars which do not meet emmisions standards set down in 1993 - basically when cat convertors were made compulsary? if you are caught in a car which does not meet these stds you could be fined

It's just total bull how can we possibly stop the evolution of the earth?...it's climate has always went from one extreme to the other over time.
Right time to get off me soapbox me thinks!
