After a suggestion i have added a 'Real Name' Field in your Profiles, this field is entirely optional, you can add your first/last name, just your first, or just ignore it completely.

As GTODave pointed out, it means we don't have to be refered to as 'mate' and 'pal' if we fill it in. :)
