Nice Pics Dave,
Add 'em to the gallery if you want. It's not just for me to post pics to :)

Cant seem to get then to load in the gallery, keeps coming back with an error. Have resized them a couple of times without success, had to make them very small to get them to load here.

Hmmmm, cheers for bringing that to my attention Dave!. I usually use FTP to upload my photos so i wasn't aware there was a problem.
I've unblocked the uploads directory and seriously incresed the memory limit, a tweek i'd actually already done but must have overwritten when i uprgaded the gallery software recently.
I've got it to accept a 15MP/3.5mb photo now albeit without a confirmation at the end, and smaller photos with no problems, so try uploading again...
If they are very big it might be worth trying one or a couple at a time to give the software some room to chew on them and resize them.
Let me know how you get on....

I seem to have 63 images stuck in my queue, any chance you could clear them out/ delete them. Ta

Hmmmm... Your photos uploaded okay, it was just the software struggling to process and resize them in bulk. I've processed them individually and added them to the gallery under your username.
I think this issue is related to memory issues placed on us by our host coupled with trying to process large photos in bulk. So what i have done is disabled the Flash uploader and limited the standard uploader to one photo, so we can only upload and process one photo at a time now. It'll be a bit of a pain in the ass but it's the only work around i can think of at the moment as the software can cope with idividual images.
I'll update the Handy-cut-out-and-keep guide at some point to reflect this too.

Me again, sorry but I'm still having problems uploading to this forum, Ive got 383 photos stuck in my queue, some have been there for weeks now, when I upload a photo it just adds it to the queue:( Please help.
The latest batch that I uploaded today have been resized to 800x600 using irfanview, they uploaded much quicker but still just went into my queue.

Hmmm... That's odd Dave, they're not getting processed at all they're just stuck in your queue. I'll try purging the queue and see if that helps you. Do you want me to add the 383 in your queue for you before i purge it?
You shouldn't need to resize images before you upload them now BTW. When we switched servers i made some fundamental changes to the way the software handles photos, so it will resize any size images automatically when you upload them.

That's odd, the 383 that were in your queue uploaded/processed fine for me, i did them 100 at a time for speed with no probs
Do you get any errors when you try to upload pics? If you do could you copy them and paste them here?

Hi Andy, worked out what I'm doing wrong, dont ask, just me being a bit blonde. :o
Is there any way to move the pictures as a batch from my members folder into the relevent show folder as I dont want to do them one at a time.
