Deno,s pilot went to Steve Wilsons and then got broke up.
Shugs Model B is down south, Last spotted at Billing a few years back still with the loa24 reg on it . I think it was painted green.
IF you go on to Shugs web site and e mail him he might have more info, Thats if you can drag him out of his garage.

Visited Shug And Irene with a few of the guys in Novemebr.
He seems to be doing great and was just his usual self when we turned up.
In the garage covered in oil.
We had a great evening looking through old photos etc and remembering some of the old runs.
He was getting ready to go racing at El Mirage that weekend but our flight back was on Friday so were unable to tag alone which was a shame.

Dino's Pilot turned out to be a very rare 1936 Model 62 Ford.
I sold it to a young chap up north who (like me!) realised he'd bitten off more than he could chew and he sold it to Mark McHardy (NSRA Rep) who apparently kept the chassis and binned the body.

Dino's pilot turned out to be a much rarer 1937 Ford Model 62. I bought it from a farm outside Burntisland then sold it on to a young chap from Inverness way then Mark McHardy (Scottish NSRA Rep) bought it, kept the chassis for his '36 project then cut up and scrapped the body so I heard.

Arnie Shelley was in Dundee Street Freaks for a while - his T featured in Custom car (November 1978 I think). It was also on our club stand in the Kelvin Hall and Ingleston on a number of occasions.
Don't really know why he sold it, and haven't seen him for a good while now - he was a likeable character - worked at Rosleighs in Perth, then the MOD at Scone.
Hope to see it back on the road sometime (last saw it in Barry near carnoustie about 15 years ago). It was a pretty quick car for it's time.

Was just looking around in the old scottish hotrods gallery and found pics of my dads old car. Hopefully someone will know where it is now. These are the pics i saw

Back in the late 70's through to the early 90's my dad (John Barlas) customised this morris. Unfortunatly, about 14 or so years ago someone braked hard infront of my dad in a bit road rage and caused my dad to smash into the back of him. It needed a lot of work to get back to show standard and along with family life and a huge garage rent bill he had to sell it. Ive never seen it since and i have no idea where it is now. This car was practically my child hood and if anyone had any information about its wheare abouts now id love to know.
The car was done in Edinburgh, Scotland, so it may still be close. It was a wreck when my dad started it but after years and years of work he ended up with an amazing car.
I believe the front setup and rear axle was wolsley. It had a Ford Corsair V4 with straight through side pipes. Ford mexico wheel arches, a renault 5 Bumper and a spoiler of a truck. It was painted miami blue with a silver roof.

Strange, I had the very same thought about names the other day there. Was talking to a couple of people and every car/van we mentioned had a name. The famous ones like Pinball Wizard, others like High Class Hauler (picture in my gallery) etc.
One van that used to be local to Carluke, back in the late 70's early 80's, was the Gambling Van. Can't remember what type of American van it was but it was yellow with playing cards and other murals. Had widened rear arches and I seem to remember either porthole windows or other windows on the side of it. From what I remember (and this could be wrong) it sat in garden in Braidwood for a few years and then vanished.
