Just wanted to say a quick hello from Down South! (Dover area)

If you have any events to want to promote feel free to pop over to www.amvo.org (American vehicle owners club) and put it into our events calender.

Always nice to see new forums popping up!

Good luck!

Thanks for the posts Colin and Ray, It's encouraging to know there are people out there interested enough to come and join the forum! :D

Thanks for letting us know about the Coatbridge meet i knew of it's existence from Grant (being a CCCUK member) but was never sure what day it was held, i'll add it to the calender when i can, i'm still not sure whether or not to seperate event from meets, or to have them on the same calendar that's why our local monthly KFC run is not on there yet. What time do you usually meet BTW?

As for the forum, if you have any ideas lemme know, because i'ts only been up since tuesday and we're really looking for suggestons to tailor it to our needs, after all t's everybody's site to use and enjoy. (we also have 450mb+ of webspace out there as well, so we could have a cracker of a site up soon too if there is enough interest  )

Nice to hear from you!

Hi to all,
This forum is a great idea.
It should help bring some of us 'lone wolves' together and get more involved with local clubs and the whole scene in general. That has to be a good thing!!! :D

BTW how many Scottish clubs are out there?

Cheers,
Stevie

Thanks Steve, that's the general idea to get everyone informed about and involved in what's going on, we just need to spread the word and get people to visit the site for it to work!

As For clubs in scotland there are a few, but not round our way as alas the Fife County Cruisers are no more. That's partly the reason for the X-Members name, as the principle people involved are Ex-members of that and other clubs, that and also it's for promoting across all scottish clubs, and hence X-members as in the abbreviation of cross-members, clever eh ;) ! The notable clubs there are in scotland (and guys set me straight if i miss any) are, Kyle Rod & Custom up Ayr way, The second City Cruisers over in Glasgow, the Klaymore Cruisers in Glasgow, Moray Muscle up North, the Ill-Eagles americana club in Edinburgh, the Tayside American Cruisers, the KnightRiders of Dundee, and last but not least the Dundee Street Freaks. (phew... don't be offended if i missed ya!)

Finally got round to registering.

Thanx for the link Andy, and the calander insertion.

Put a link up for x-members on Knightriders site about a week ago, hope it helps.
