Hello,
good news: I have fitted seatbelts (3 x 4 point harnesses over my bench seat):)
bad news: they are a bit short().
The answer (according to the belt manufacturers) is to buy 6 of their 6inch extensions at $5.95 each.
I was wondering if anyone had the tools I'd require to make them myself? Or would a "place that I could buy metal" (metal supermarket?) cut bits to size?
Any ideas / tips?
Currently I'm going with Dave' Wrights's excellent advice :worship: re: buy the metal myself and use a vice and a hammer. But I don't think my junior hacksaw would mange to cut all 6. However, I have a titainuim drill bit that should do the holes.

...and still no word from the garage on my truck engine problems, guess I'll find out next week. :(
