rods spoted on trailers today ???

two rods on trailers heading south from dundee /perth area today
one black no hood n big engine hangig out it
the other blue & looked like someone sat on it (must be chopped )
spoted by sandras cousin in his wagon going south from aberdeen today
any ideas
maybe someone going to shaky this weekend ??????:D
