It's not raining (yet) but it felt almost cold enough for snow earlier today.
Dunno about the rest of you, but I've most definitely had more than enough of the that!
Phoned Farmer's the other day to ask about tyres (mainly for availability of two main sizes for my car)
and he phoned back today to inform me that the only size of Cooper Cobra Radial GT which fit my car
(235/55 16) have been discontinued! :( Gonna have to go up to 235/60 as they are readily available.

Gordon, I was going to give them a ring about the Coopers and see if they could order me a pair
but no point now lol. Hercules do make a 235/60 though so that's an option! I'm just gonna get
some used tyres on ebay for now. That would be great to get a discount though, I'll let you know

Just been down to see Mr nut and bolt man. Got a load of bolts and brake unions, but did manage to trump him with a 1/8 BSP 3/16 brake hose union for my line lock.
'nae stainless 1/8 BSP unions the day pal' :(

Mr. Dean, you do realise that beauty is in the eye of the beholder??? :D And I also believe that there is someone out there for every single one of us ... we just have to meet them is all ;)
And do we have a timeframe on the shoutbox if you don't mind me asking??? (no pressure like - your expertise, diligence and dedication is very much admired and appreciated :worship:) - it's funny just how much you miss it though when it's not there :(

No-one, i upgraded some server software last night which corrupted the site database (in fact all the databases on the server). I had to go back to the backup that i did at about 7:30pm last night, so we lost all the posts from then til about 10:30pm last night, you probably just posted it in those 3 hours :o

The old shoutbox was a security liability and the developers went under a few years ago!!!
I'm installing a swanky new shoutbox but having a lot of trouble getting it to work with all the addons on the site, i've been at it for about 16 hours a day all week :o
The snafu the other night when we lost posts was because the database got corrupted when i upgraded MySQL 4.1 to MySQL 5.1 which i found out that the new shoutbox needed.
Well, you did ask.... :D

Andy does a great job with this site and I appreciate the amount of time and effort he puts in.
