I just bought new electrical switches for the camaro to operate my readiator fans and fog light but because I've got no knowledge about electrical equipment at all I need some advice.
The fog light switch I had before had 3 connectors at the bottom, like that:

But the new switch has totally different connections... like that:

Am I just very thick or is it not that simple... How it should be connected?
And one more question:
Where can I get connectors like that:

connectors - get them from maplin. Get some heatshrink too to go over them.
Looks like your new switch is a single throw switch that switches 2 seperate circuits. You could have one go to your relay to turn the fog light on, and the other to switch a 'tell tale' indicator light on your dash to say the light is on. (like the one built into your old switch). If the new switch is rated 12v you could prob get away with not using a relay.
this may help:

Please correct me if i am totally wrong!!!!

Cool, are we at the wiring up switches stage, you have been busy Stacko.
Best to meter the switch with a multi meter to check which way the contacts are, but yeah Elliot, something like that.
Leave it Stacko, I'll do it for ya;) Usual rates, tea, milk, two sugars.
Oh and stop biting your nails

I'm sooooo stressed lately Dave... The car's going for paint on Saturday and I'm shitting myself. I don't know how I'm gonna live for 2 months without it... There's still plenty to be done and I don't wanna loose it for so long... but I can't help it.

I think I heard that before... ;)

Lol Andy - the fastest car in the world a "non driver"!
Had same prob with a few guitar switch replacements I've done.
Annoying when the terminals are different, but nothing to worry about.
Just do as Elliot and Dave say - or let Dave do it for you. :p
Puts my concerns for my car into perspective though... All I have to worry
about is leaky t-tops, squeaky brakes and a wee bit of rust! :D
