hello, bbs as far as i know, no longer exist, as the original owner john moved to one of the islands, and allan morrison who ran it after that died of cancer, not that long ago, some one told me that a wheel refurbishers in edinburgh powder coats but i dont know there name, i was told they sold alloys and older style wheels, mike

even if bbs were still in business i would'nt have used them!
bbs back in the day were great, but when big john moved to oban he took his equipment with him and the guy in edinburgh used to meet him halfway to handover the work.
but he started ripping john off and giving the majority of work to other coaters with crap results, shame big john was great

yeah done my yamaha rd wheels bright orange for me for 2 tyres for the front of his pop

i actually stopped using them, as towards the end allan had some thing going with a guy in glasgow, and the stuff just wasnt the same, i had a load of customers at the time wanting stuf done, it would take twice as long and when it came back was not as good as quality as john did, i dont know if he still dose powder coating,

Highland Galvanisers and Powdercoaters Cumbernauld. I can get the No. tomorrow if you like. Used them a few times for galv. but not P/coating

What sort of prices do these places charge ?
Some of Coog's chrome is getting a bit tired, like the headlight doors etc

thats great, thank you for the help, ill let you know how i get on once the snow clears up a bit,, mind you my mate has just been up from durham today, and he said the roads are clear all the way up to berwick, so im going to try and get to one of the places you have given me next week, mike
