Anybody help me here ?
Laptop is a Dell Inspiron 6000, and it took a wee bit of a knock a while back and the screen went blank.
Screen still lights up when switched on but just a dull white, no black with the Bios or nothing.
Is it deffo the screen or could it be the Invertor that works the screen ?
Any way to test ? New screen aint that expensive, but dont wanna buy a screen and then it turns out to be a convertor at a few quid !
Been using it for months now with a spare monitor and bar the screen, it works great, see pic. Its used as a second pc in the house, so not too important.
