i even made a special trip when i was in new york, all the way to union city, kind of a pilgrimage !

as it turns out, the video wasn't even made there ! it was made in hoboken !!

still, if you go to union city, go to the four star diner. 543 32nd St,

First seen this band on the MTV Euroawards when it was held in Germany and instantly went out and bought their album "Mutter" and played it to death, remember going to see XXX at the pictures, they are the band playing in the club at the start of the film.

Some of you will probably hate this guy, but I've always loved his lyrics and humour. I remember taking my Son to see Eminem in Glasgow when my Son was about 9 or 10 years old, we took our seats and waited for the show to start, then a woman sat down beside us and Daniel (my Son) says to her "hello" it was only his teacher from School:D She said to me "do you not think Daniels a bit young to be listening to this sort of music?":o

Cozy Powell was a legend! Absolutely amazing drummer.

I love Whitesnake, saw them live in 2003 - well, Coverdale and his band, if you like ;) He can still belt out a tune. My favourite guitarist to have played with them is Adrian Vandenberg. Although they've all been pretty amazing, especially Sykes.

Ist seen Whitesnake way back in the late seventies, Lovehunter tour If my old memory serves me correctly ? Brilliant.

Coverdale had a brilliant voice, but sad to say, he has lost it a wee bit now as he gets older. Happens to us all unfortunately. Even Gillan from Purple cant reach those notes anymore !:(:( Old age is a bummer. I know !

Lemmy can still do it tho !!! Wish I was still a young one !

Aye it's a shame :( I can only imagine what it was like seeing them in their prime, especially hearing his voice, as I reckon it's one of the best voices in rock! To my ear he sounded great, but even I realise his voice is not what it once was.

Lemmy aint human I reckon, he has looked exactly the same for... ever? and sounds pretty much the same too.

Yay, good to see a similar taste in music here :D Speaking of Motorhead, there's a guy called Russ Craig in Portobello who played on drums a couple of times with Lemmy. He now has a tattoo parlor on King's Road and a black, really loud H-D standing near the entrance.
